Text Ephesians 3:20 ESV
“Now to him who can do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us.”
Philippians 4:13 ESV — “I can do all things through him who strengthens me.”
The paradoxical statement of emptying the heavens is also a challenge to unlock hidden potentials lying dormant in you. God did not create any man empty; mathematics, physics, or literature are not the accurate measures of your greatness.
The reason God created you was for you to be great in whatsoever he destined you to be. After Jesus manifested on earth as the greatest miracle worker ever lived, he told us that greater works than the ones he did we were going to do (John 14:12 ).
The potential to heal the sick is in some of you, the potential to raise the dead is in some, the potential to win millions of souls is in most of us, and the potential to terrify the kingdom of darkness is right there in you.
The potential to be business tycoons lies in some of you, the potential to moralize the society with the weapon of education is in some people, the potential to advocate unjust judgment on behalf of the helpless lies in you, and the potential to raise kingdom leaders is in all of us, etc.
The potential is always locked there in you but you can only access the keys through the one who made you. I refer to Him as your manufacturer, it is He who wrote your life manual and until you refer to him, you will be living below the standard which your creator has set for you.
The potentials are so many, you can tap into as many as possible from God who is the manufacturer.
How many of yourself have you discovered? Begin to search the Scriptures today. What does the Bible say about you? What you own and your capability, it’s all embedded in Him and until you open the channels and portals of heaven for the activation of them all, they will remain untapped.
It is sad that most people die and are buried with the potential they failed to unlock. We can’t continue this evil trend of enriching the graveyards and starving our world.
Our God has no limit in what he can do; likewise, we are his children, if only we can believe there is no limit to what we can make happen, unprecedented results shall begin to follow us.
Make a choice: Will you still have the innumerable potentials kept there untapped in heaven or you will get out of your way like Jesus did and shake the world once again? God wants to see that kind of audacious man who will dare to empty the heavens of potential.
