Text: “He has made everything beautiful in its time. He also has planted eternity in men’s hearts and minds [a divinely implanted sense of a purpose working through the ages which nothing under the sun but God alone can satisfy], yet so that men cannot find out what God has done from the beginning to the end.” (Ecclesiastes 3:11 AMPC)

Until we realize that we can never be satisfied, we are not yet ready for God. We will keep toiling and searching for vain things that are fickle and fades away.

For example, the things that we chase, money, fame, material possessions, etc. These things can never satisfy us.

Haven’t you noticed that the more people chase these things get them, the more they feel and experience emptiness?

Many of us don’t know that the very people we’re chasing and running after (the “rich and famous”), these same people can exchange what they have for the peace of mind we have been given by The Holy Spirit.

Who has Blinded us like this? Who has deceived us? Who sold this idea to us? Who told us these things in themselves are responsible for our happiness?

Don’t get me wrong these things are not bad in themselves but the lustful assertion and pursuit of these things Is the problem.

Economist tells us that human needs are unlimited. Abraham Maslow’s hierarchy of needs gives us a solid description of the needs of a human. Even Jesus asks us isn’t life much more than these things? {Matt 6:25}

Conclusion
Beloved people, why waste your time, energy, skill, and resources when you can allow the size of God to you to your satisfaction?
