2 Corinthians 3:18

“But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.”

Transformation means a marked change in an appearance or character, especially one for the better. Man was created as a being of glory, having the image (nature), and likeness (character) of God who is the king of glory (Gen 1:26).

Man eventually lost all that in the garden of Eden, and by so doing his original nature was lost. Man became a slave to the world (and the world system) in the world he was supposed to govern. Until Jesus came to redeem man back to God, man was like his new master the devil who is the serpent of old. The nature of man became an old nature and was bound to die.

Jesus told Nicodemus that unless a man is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God, that kingdom that man lost in the garden of Eden. 1 John 5:4 says, “For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. In other to overcome the world and its system and be free from its captivities, we must first be born of God.”

Now the place of transformation (the altar of prayer) was introduced by God for man to return to his original state. Moses camped with God on the mountain, communicating with Him, which is what prayer is. And his face was transformed and shone bright (Exodus 34:29-35). Luke 9:29, “And as he prayed, the fashion of his countenance was altered, and his raiment was white and glistering. Jesus prayed and His countenance was altered.”

God wants man to return to the place of transformation, for in the place of transformation were all great men past and present made. Kingdom whisperers must all embrace the place of transformation, only then can we achieve our aim and become a global body spreading the kingdom of heaven.
