Text: Isaiah 43:18-19

“Do not remember the former things, Nor consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness And rivers in the desert.”

A new beginning means a fresh start. It could be restarting an already existing thing by making it different and better from the former, or starting afresh with something never seen before. What most of us need is a new beginning.

A lot of questions have been asked concerning the old life, pains, regrets, confusion, depression, and the sin that have overshadowed the life of many.

2 Corinthians 5:17 says, “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.”

Are you tired of the old life? Do you want a fresh start? Only Jesus can give us a new beginning. He said come unto me all ye that are labored and are heavy laden and I will give you rest.

After we accept him we become filled with joy and new songs. Psalm 40:3 — “He has put a new song in my mouth— Praise to our God; Many will see it and fear And will trust in the Lord.”

Conclusion

No matter what you are going through, no matter how ugly your life is, there is hope for a better one in Christ Jesus.

“Come now, and let us reason together,” Says the Lord, “Though your sins are like scarlet, They shall be as white as snow; Though they are red like crimson, They shall be as wool. Isaiah 1:18 NKJV

Prayer: Lord Jesus, am tired of this life I’m living, come into my life and make me a new creature, that I may please you all the days of my life.
