Matthew 18:19
“Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven.”
There is power in agreement. Amos 3:3 asked us a question, can two walk together unless they agree? Every organization is formed in agreement, having a common goal and objective. Just like in marriage, the two become one flesh, and they must learn to live as one.
But when in an organization a section is praying for financial growth, while the other section is saying no, we must pray for souls, such an organization will not grow. In Mark 3:24 and Matthew 12:25, Jesus said any kingdom divided against itself will not stand. There must be unity in prayers, all must agree concerning a matter and pray in one accord.
Remember Deuteronomy 32:30 says “one will chase a thousand but two will chase ten thousand. There is power in agreement. Let the body of Christ unite and pray. Unite in your fellowships, church, and small groups.
